A spiritual partner to Factum est silentium, Duo seraphim sets a biblical passage describing two angels singing eternal praise. It leans on the idea that any being dedicated to that labour for eternity must eventually sink into a form of madness — not unlike the Christian soul of Alain’s Litanies, repeating its prayer past the limits of reason.
