Yn un rhith sets an englyn written by Dafydd John Pritchard after his first experience of a virtual choir rehearsal in the early days of the first COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. It is a celebration of how, even set apart by events, we remained united in singing — a choir still. First performed virtually by Côr ABC and Côr Dinas in May 2020 in a video produced by Robert Russell; the project was Highly Commended in the Classical Music Digital Awards 2020, and was joined by Zoomberry Chorus in 2021.
If you are performing this work, do let Andrew know so it can be added to the map.
